POS Sales Australia ships to addresses across Australia. This policy outlines our shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and related conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below and in our Terms & Conditions.
Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $20.00 incl. GST applies to most orders. This rate covers the majority of Australian metropolitan and suburban locations.
Where the actual freight cost charged to us by our carrier exceeds $20.00 but remains within our reasonable threshold, POS Sales Australia will absorb the difference at no extra charge to the customer.
In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply. This can occur where:
- The order is large, heavy, or bulky;
- The delivery address is in a regional, remote, or hard-to-reach location; or
- The carrier applies surcharges not reflected at the time of checkout.
Where an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to advise of the revised freight cost. You may choose to accept the updated charge or cancel the order for a full refund.
Remote and Regional Locations
Some locations are classified as remote or regional by our shipping carriers. Orders to the following areas may attract freight costs that exceed our standard flat rate:
- Tasmania
- Northern Territory
- Regional Western Australia
- Remote areas of New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria
Where additional freight charges apply to your location, we will notify you before processing your order. You may accept the adjusted shipping quote or request a full refund.
POS Sales Australia reserves the right to decline orders for locations where standard shipping rates cannot reasonably be applied. We do not ship to Norfolk Island, King Island, or other islands outside the standard Australia Post delivery network.
Delivery Timeframes
The following estimated delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch, for items that are in stock:

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
For items that are not currently in stock, we will advise you of the estimated dispatch date (ETA) at the time of ordering or as soon as the information becomes available from our supplier.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Signature Required on Delivery
All deliveries are sent via registered couriers who are required to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. Couriers are not permitted to leave goods unattended. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will return the goods to our warehouse.
Residential vs. Business Address
It is important that you correctly indicate whether your delivery address is a residential or business address at the time of checkout. Different carrier services are used depending on the address type, and selecting the correct option ensures your order is routed through the appropriate delivery service and reaches you promptly.
POS Sales Australia is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address type selection.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional freight charges may apply. If you do not wish to proceed with redelivery, a refund may be issued less the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fee, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Returns and Warranty
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Where a product is confirmed faulty under warranty, POS Sales Australia will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you.
