Welcome to the POS SALES Australia Web site. POS SALES Australia is part of Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd. POS SALES Australia provides services and products to you subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at the discretion of Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd.

By accessing, browsing or utilizing any or all of the services and products within the POS SALES Australia Website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained herein. If you do not agree with the stated terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers, we advise that you do not use the web site for any information or purchasing.

Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the world wide web at our discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your utilization of the network, you will be bound.

Limitation of Liability

will in no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damages or loss arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential. 

POS PLAZA attempts to be as accurate as possible regarding description of products including images. However, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely error-free. If a product offered by Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd. POS PLAZA itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Nor will Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd be liable for any loss of profits that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the our network of Web Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or that such damages were foreseeable. All the products from different vendors are updated on the website as to their availabilities (ETA) as supplied by Vendors. The availability of the product may change to later date as per the vendors information provided to Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd. Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd at no time holds the responsibility of stock to be available in the due date. Incase the available stock date does not suite customer requirements, The customer is entitled to full refund of the purchase payments. Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd holds no other liability whatsoever to customer apart from the refund of the purchase.

Where Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd is unable to exclude liability for breach of terms and/or conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:

  • If the breach relates to products. 
  • The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods. 
  • The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods. 
  • The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

Warranty Claims

Products sold by POS SALES are covered by Return to Base warranty unless specified differently. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and is provided directly by Manufacturers or their authorised distributors in Australia. Damage caused by misuse. Electrical faults or spikes, accidental or willful damage, water/liquid damage and other external damage are not covered by the warranty.

POS SALES staff will provide customers with the warranty process and the customer must follow the warranty process. The goods must be sent for warranty repairs at the customer’s own expense. POS SALES will cover the freight to return the items to the customer after repairs.

Dead on Arrival Claims

Any claims for Dead on Arrival should be launched within 7 days of receiving the items. The goods must be identified as Faulty by POS SALES staff or representatives for the refund or exchange to be processed and must be sent at customer's own expense. We don’t provide Advance Replacement of goods.

Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully and ensure they are suitable for your configuration or needs. We do not provide Refund and/or Exchange. If the Product is unopened and not used, under exceptional circumstances (at our discretion and within 7 days of the purchase), we may approve the Return/Exchange. Customers have to pay the freight to send items back to POS PLAZA. Also the refund amount does not include the original freight that was paid by the customer at the time of ordering the goods. The return is only approved if our suppliers have agreed to the return.

No returns are entertained 7 days after the customer receiving the items.

For items that are approved for refund, a Re-Stocking Fee of 20% will be applied to Returned products. Products must be returned in full packaging and NOT USED for the Refund to be approved. Consumables are not refundable.

In addition, customer are required to fill out a Return Authority (RA) form in order for us to process the return. This RA form needs to be sent with the returned items.

Please note that no refund is available for consumables like batteries, paper rolls, ribbons, labels and pint-heads under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed by mistake should be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the items are placed on Pallets for pick-up by the freight company, we are unable to cancel the order as it becomes impossible to isolate the order. Once this has happened, the order will need to be shipped out and return re-stocking charges will apply.

Shipping Policy

In order to provide good value to our customers, we charge flat rate shipping of $20 incl GST. In cases where freight companies charge us up to $35 incl GST, POS Sales will absorb those costs. However for orders going to Tasmania, Northern Territory, Regional Western Australia and remote areas of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, the freight costs could be in excess of the amount we can absorb. In those cases, we will inform you of the additional freight cost and arrange payment before items can be shipped.

For items that are in stock, deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being despatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia will be made within a maximum of 10 working days. For items that are not in stock we will advise you on ETA for delivery.

To the extent that this law is not in accordance with the country within which you reside or are accessing this Web Site, this disclaimer does not apply to you and you should refrain from accessing and purchasing from it. Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content and materials, including the currency, accuracy or completeness, of any content or any information provided by third parties, on or through any or all of Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd Web Sites. Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd disclaims the accuracy of all descriptions and specifications of the products included on any or all of its Web Sites.

Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd will not guarantee that your access to any Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd Web Site or the functions contained within will be uninterrupted or error free. Rastogi Holdings Pty Ltd will not guarantee that any errors will be corrected or that the Web Sites or the server is free of viruses, malicious computer code transmitted on or through the Web Sites or other harmful components.


In the event of the Customer being in default of his obligation to pay and the overdue account is then referred to a debt collection agency, and/or law firm for collection the Customer shall be liable for the recovery costs incurred and if the agency charges commission on a contingency basis the Customer shall be liable to pay as a liquidated debt, the commission payable by the Supplier to the agency, fixed at the rate charged by the agency from time to time as if the agency has achieved one hundred per cent recovery and the following formula shall apply.

Commission = {Original Debt / 100 – Commission % charged by the agency (including GST)} x 100

In the event where the agency is Prushka Fast Debt Recovery the applicable commission rate for the amount unpaid is as detailed on www.prushka.com.au.

In the event where the Supplier or the Supplier’s agency refers the overdue account to a lawyer the Customer shall also pay as a liquidated debt the charges reasonably made or claimed by the lawyer on the indemnity basis. 


These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in NSW and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
