The Element MP11NX is an all-in-one Android POS tablet that covers two roles with one device. Docked on its stand it runs as the counter till. Lifted off, it becomes a handheld terminal that takes the order and the payment at the table, in the aisle, or at the door. This is part number TTETMP11NX004: the 4GB / 64GB build with 4G and Wi-Fi, a battery, Android 13, and a protective case included.

What a POS tablet gives you that a consumer tablet does not
Plenty of venues run point of sale on an off-the-shelf tablet in a case. It works until the details start costing you time. The MP11NX has three of those details built in.
A 2D scanner sits on the top edge, so barcodes and QR codes read on the first pass instead of being wrestled through a camera app. Android NFC is on board, so with PaySuite FLEX the tablet itself is the contactless card reader and there is no second pinpad to buy, pair, charge and lose. And the 8000mAh battery paired with a 6nm 8-core processor is specified for a trading shift rather than an afternoon.
It is also EDLA certified. That is the detail your IT person will ask about: a licensed enterprise Android build, so Google services and managed updates behave the way they are supposed to. PaySuite HUB layers MDM and TMS style remote management over a fleet of them.

Handheld or docked? The ports live in the stand
This is the single most useful thing to understand before you order. The tablet itself has one USB-C port. Everything a wired counter needs, the USB-A ports, the network socket, the cash drawer trigger and mains power, is in the docking stand rather than in the tablet. So if the MP11NX is going to be your counter till with a cash drawer, you need the stand too.

Frequently asked questions
Is the stand in the photos included?
No. You get the tablet and its protective case. The stand pictured is the optional rotatable dock, TTETMP11NX005, which you can add to this order using the option on this page or buy separately. Element also makes a fixed landscape stand if the screen never needs to turn.
Can it take card payments by itself?
Contactless, yes. Android NFC is built in, and with PaySuite FLEX the tablet itself becomes the card reader so the customer taps their card or phone on the screen. One thing to be clear on: Element specifies this as contactless only. There is no chip-and-PIN slot or magstripe reader in the device, so if you must accept inserted or swiped cards you will still need a pinpad alongside it. Do I need the stand to run a cash drawer?
Yes. The RJ12 cash drawer port is in the stand, along with the Ethernet socket, the DC jack and three USB-A ports. The tablet on its own has a single USB-C. That is by design, not an omission.
What can the built-in scanner read?
It is a 2D imager, so both 1D retail barcodes and 2D codes like QR and Data Matrix. Product barcodes, loyalty QRs on a customer's phone, e-vouchers and digital tickets all read. The scan window is on the top edge.
Will my POS software run on it?
It is Android 13 and EDLA certified, so it is a licensed enterprise Android device with full Google services and any Play Store POS app will install. Worth confirming separately is whether your POS vendor has certified the MP11NX itself, especially if you plan to use PaySuite FLEX for payments. Ask us and we will find out.
Can I put a SIM card in it?
Yes. There is a nano SIM slot for 4G, a nano SAM slot for a payment security module, and a micro SD slot for extra storage. The 4G is what makes this device work at markets, food trucks and pop-ups with no fixed internet.
