It is a direct thermal printer, so it uses thermal rolls (no ink or ribbon). The RW60+ supports both 58mm and 80mm (2" and 3") thermal receipt rolls.
Which connections does it support?
The RW60+ is the most-connected model in the RW60 range, with USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, Serial and Wi-Fi. You can run it cabled or wireless to suit your setup.
Can I connect it over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

My USB printer is not printing. What should I check?
When connecting by USB, install the printer driver first and then plug in the USB cable. Connecting before the driver is installed is the most common reason a thermal printer does not print.
How fast does it print and how do I load paper?
It prints at up to 260mm/s. Paper can be loaded from the top or the front, so you can fit it into tight spaces and reload quickly, with a jam-free, low-noise mechanism.
