It is not printing over USB. What should I check?
Install the printer driver before connecting the USB cable. Connecting USB first is the most common reason a new printer will not print. Once the driver is installed, plug in the USB cable and the printer should be detected.

The default resolution is 203dpi, which produces sharp text, logos and barcodes on standard receipts.
What warranty does it come with?
It is covered by a 24 month return to base warranty.
