12th gen Core i3, dual hingeFEC XPPC PP-9745W 15.6 inch Touch Terminal, Intel Core i3-12100TE, 8GB, 128GB
The most current processor in this range, on a dual hinge stand that adjusts for angle and height.
15.6 inch 1920 x 1080300 nitsCore i3-12100TE8GB / 128GB M.2Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
The XPPC PP-9745W is the newest silicon we stock in a counter terminal: an Intel Core i3-12100TE on the H610 chipset, a 12th generation part, driving a 15.6 inch bezel free projected capacitive screen at 1920 x 1080 and 300 nits. Memory is 8GB of DDR4 and storage is a 128GB M.2 SSD on the PCIe bus, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC Value 64 bit preloaded.
FEC builds it around a dual hinge Gen 3 stand, so both the angle and the height adjust rather than just the tilt, and the same chassis can be mounted on a pole or a wall instead. There is an ambient light sensor that adjusts screen brightness to the room, a UIO powered 24V USB connector for a receipt printer, and a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module fitted. Power is a 130W external 20V adapter. It is finished in galaxy grey with silver trim, and it shares its peripheral ecosystem with the wider XPOS range.
Dual hinge is not the same as tiltA single hinge terminal tilts the screen. A dual hinge moves the screen up and down as well, which is what lets one terminal suit a standing counter and a seated service desk, or be turned to a customer to sign without the whole unit sliding. On a shared counter with staff of different heights, it is the difference between a comfortable terminal and one everyone stoops over.

Frequently Asked Questions
How current is the processor?
The i3-12100TE is a 12th generation Intel part, which is the newest silicon in any counter terminal we stock. It sits on the Intel H610 chipset with a high speed PCIe M.2 SSD.
What does the dual hinge stand do that a normal stand does not?
It adjusts height as well as angle. On a counter shared by staff of different heights, or one where the screen gets turned to the customer, that is the difference between comfortable and awkward.
Can it be mounted instead of standing on the counter?
Yes. The same unit can be desktop, pole or wall mounted.
What is the 24V powered USB for?
Running a receipt printer directly from the terminal through the UIO powered USB connector, which removes a separate power adapter from under the counter.
Does the screen adjust to the room?
Yes. An ambient light sensor adjusts brightness automatically, which matters in a venue that is dim in the evening and bright at midday.
Which Windows is loaded?
Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC Value, 64 bit English.
