The Nexa NP-2170 Dual Display is a 15-inch all-in-one POS terminal with a factory-fitted 11.6-inch customer-facing display on the rear, so customers see items, totals and promotions while staff serve. What does the second display do?
The rear 11.6-inch LCD faces your customer and can show the items being rung up, the running total, and promotions or branding between sales. It is a display only (non-touch), driven by your POS software's customer-display or second-screen output.
Will it work with my POS software?
The NP-2170 ships with Windows 11, so it runs standard Windows-based POS applications. Whether the customer display shows live transaction data depends on your POS software supporting a second display, so check with your POS provider, or call our team on 1300 026 062 before you buy.
What can I connect to it?
Seven USB ports (4 x USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.0 and 1 x USB-C), two RJ45 serial ports with an RJ45-to-DB9 adapter in the box, Gigabit LAN, HDMI and an audio jack. That covers a receipt printer, barcode scanner, EFTPOS terminal and more, connected directly.
Does it need a fan?
No. The 12th Gen Intel Core i3-1215U is passively cooled, so the terminal runs silently and there is no fan to draw in dust or fail in a busy kitchen or shopfront.
How easy is it to service?
