The Swan 2 is iMin's entry level desktop POS, and the thing that makes it worth a look at this price is the second screen. The operator works on a 15.6 inch touch panel and the customer sees a 10.1 inch HD touch display on the other side of the same unit, which means order confirmation, loyalty sign up, tip prompts and a signature all happen without anyone turning a terminal around. Buying that as two devices costs more and takes more counter space than this does.
Underneath it is a current Android machine rather than an old one dressed up: Android 13, 64 bit, with Google Mobile Services, an octa core Arm Cortex-A55 at 2.0GHz, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and notably Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, which is newer wireless than a lot of POS hardware two price brackets above it carries. Is the customer display a real touchscreen?
Yes. It is a 10.1 inch HD panel at 1280 x 800 with touch, which is why this part number reads CDU-TOUCH. That matters more than it sounds: a touch customer display can take a signature, a tip selection, a loyalty opt in or a survey response, where a non touch display can only show a total. iMin also builds the Swan 2 with a 15.6 inch second screen if you want the customer side to be as large as the operator side.
Is Wi-Fi 6 actually useful on a POS terminal?
In a busy venue, yes. Wi-Fi 6 handles many devices on one access point far better than Wi-Fi 5, which is the usual situation in a cafe or a shop floor where staff phones, a guest network and the terminals all share the same air. It also pairs with Bluetooth 5.4 here. It is unusual to see either at this price.
Can it take a cash drawer and a receipt printer?
Yes. There is an RJ12 cash drawer port and five USB-A ports plus a USB-C, which covers a USB receipt printer, a scanner and a pin pad at the same time without a hub. There is also an RJ11, an HDMI output and gigabit Ethernet. We can quote the drawer and printer with the terminal so it arrives as a working counter.

What is the difference between the Swan 2 and the Swan 2 Pro?
The Pro is a different processor and a newer Android: a dual core Cortex-A76 with a hexa core A55 running Android 15 with 6GB of RAM, where the Swan 2 here is an octa core A55 on Android 13 with 4GB. For a till running one POS app, the Swan 2 is the sensible buy. The Pro is worth it if the terminal is doing more than selling.
How big is it on the counter?
365 x 190 x 306 mm, and it runs from a single 24V 1.5A adapter. The reason that is worth noting is what it replaces: a PC, a monitor, a customer display and the cabling between them. One box and one power lead is usually a tidier counter and fewer things to go wrong.
