The Sunmi NT320 with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is a compact 80 mm thermal printer that produces both receipts and labels and offers four ways in: USB-C, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It suits tablet tills, online ordering, and any counter where pulling a network cable is more trouble than it is worth.
Power comes over USB at 5V/2A, so nothing extra plugs into the wall. The printer measures 130 x 140 x 145 mm, weighs 875 g, and is shaped to stack if you need a second one on the same bench.
Wired, wireless or straight from the cloud
Fixed counters can use USB-C or 100 Mbps Ethernet. Tablet and mobile setups use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and the printer reconnects on power-up rather than waiting to be paired again.
Beyond the local network it supports cloud printing over MQTT and HTTPS through Sunmi's Open API, so a web or delivery order can print on the counter as it is placed, with no on-site till in the chain. Sites that only ever print from a local terminal can ignore that entirely.
Receipts and labels without a second printer
With 80 mm thermal stock loaded it prints ESC/POS receipts at up to 150 mm/s at 203 dpi. With die-cut labels between 30 mm and 78 mm wide it prints TSPL labels up to 150 mm long, using a gap sensor to register each one. Order labels and customer dockets share a machine.

Frequently asked questions
Will it print from an iPad or Android tablet?
Yes. This build adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to the USB-C and Ethernet ports, which is what tablet-based POS apps expect. The printer re-establishes its connection as soon as it is switched on, so staff are not re-pairing it at the start of every shift.
What does cloud printing actually give me?
It lets an order print on your counter without going through a till on the premises. The NT320 speaks MQTT and HTTPS and Sunmi provides an Open API, so an online or delivery order can hit the printer the moment a customer places it. For venues taking web orders that removes the risk of a docket being missed because nobody was at the terminal. If all your printing starts at a till in the shop, you will never need it.
Can it handle labels as well as receipts?
Both, from the one unit. Receipts print in ESC/POS on rolls up to 80 mm; labels print in TSPL on die-cut stock 30 mm to 78 mm wide and up to 150 mm long, with a gap sensor for registration. One printer and one supplier instead of two.
Does it come with a power supply?
No brick is required. It pulls 5V at 2A over USB-C, so power and data share one cable. Even on a wireless install you still run that cable for power, but it can go to any USB charger or a spare terminal port instead of a dedicated adapter.
Is the barcode scanner included on this model?
No, this is the wireless build. The scanner lives in the other variant: the
NT320 with integrated scanner has USB-C and Ethernet plus a 1D and 2D scan window, but no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Everything else about the two is the same.
Which systems does it work with?
ESC/POS and TSPL cover most POS and label software, and Sunmi supplies drivers for Windows, Android, iOS and Linux plus Sunmi MDM for managing a fleet. Cloud work goes through the Open API. Platform support still varies, so check your provider's hardware list or call 1300 026 062 and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Does it drive a cash drawer?
Yes. The RJ12 port on the rear triggers a standard cash drawer, so this can be the front counter printer as well as the wireless docket printer.
How large is it and can two be stacked?
130 x 140 x 145 mm and 875 g, so a cube rather than a long receipt printer, and Sunmi designed the shell so a second unit sits on top of the first without extra bench space. A 1 W speaker sounds on each new order.
