18.5 inch, IP55 frontSAM4S Forza-138 18.5 inch Fanless Touch Terminal, Core i3, Black
The large screen Forza: three and a half inches more glass than the 135, same sealed, fanless build.

The Forza-138 is the 18.5 inch member of the Forza family. One digit in the part number separates it from the 15 inch Forza-135, and the difference it makes is screen area: a full menu grid, a floor plan or a long order list fits without paging, and paging is what slows a lane down when there is a queue.
Everything else is the Forza as we stock it elsewhere. A true flat projected capacitive front, an IP55 rating against dust and water, a chassis with no fan and no ventilation hole, and an Intel Core i3-7100U at 2.40GHz with 3MB of SmartCache driving 4GB of DDR4 and a 128GB M.2 SSD on Windows 10 IoT LTSC 64 bit, in black.
Size has a second effect worth planning for. An 18.5 inch terminal needs more depth behind the counter and more clearance above it than a 15 inch one, and on a shallow bar top that can be the deciding factor rather than the screen itself. Measure the space before ordering, and if the counter is tight, the 15 inch Forza-135 does the same work in a smaller footprint.
Buy the screen size, not the processorThe Forza-135 and the Forza-138 run the same i3-7100U, the same memory and the same storage. The only real question is whether your layout needs 18.5 inches. If staff are paging through a menu on a 15 inch screen at peak, the bigger panel pays for itself in seconds saved per order. If they are not, the 15 inch build does the same job for less.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Forza-135 and the Forza-138?
Screen size. The 138 is 18.5 inches, the 135 is 15 inches. Processor, memory, storage, sealing and warranty are the same across both, so the decision is purely about how much layout you need on screen.
What does the IP55 rating cover?
The front panel, against dust and low pressure water jets. That is what allows a proper wipe down rather than careful dabbing around the edges.
Does the bigger screen need more processor?
No. Both Forza builds run the same Core i3-7100U with 3MB of SmartCache, which drives the 18.5 inch panel without difficulty.
Is it fanless like the rest of the range?
Yes, fanless with no ventilation hole, which is the pairing that makes the sealed front worth having.
How much memory and storage does it carry?
4GB of DDR4 and a 128GB M.2 SSD, with M.2 support for a larger drive specified at build.
Will it fit my counter?
Check the depth behind the counter and the clearance above it before ordering. An 18.5 inch terminal on a stand needs more of both than a 15 inch one, and a shallow bar top is where that shows up. Call 1300 026 062 with your measurements if you are unsure.
What operating system does it run?
Windows 10 IoT LTSC 64 bit, the long term servicing branch that takes security updates but not feature updates, so the terminal does not restart for a Windows release during trade.
How long is the warranty?
36 months return to base.
